TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You will not need login to shop on Le Bix' webshop.
Just put the wanted items in the basket, adjust the
pcs. in the basket, and fill out the delivery details
later in the order process.
We offer a login to make future orders easier.
You will not automatic subscribe to nesletter.
 
The salescondition apply to all consignments from Le Bix,
unless other written agreement are made between you as
customer, and Le Bix.
Documentation and guidence
If any users guide is available for the product, it will
be attached. If you need further instruction or guidence
from Le Bix, it will be only informative.
Deliverytime
Deliverytime considers as the time you receive the con-
signment. All orders will be sent by Post Danmark or UPS,
unless other written agreement are made between you and
Le Bix.
The order will be dispatched from Le Bix within 3 working
days from order placement.
Deliverytime is informative, an can be diviated from.
Consignment sent by letter at customers own risk is con-
sidered delivered 3 days from dispatch date - same date
as invoice date.
Delivery methods
You can choose between three different delivery methods:
Post Denmark Parcel or Letter at customers own risk.
For some countries we offer deliverymethod UPS Standard
or UPS Express Saver.
The postal costs depends of weight, and will be listed
during ordering.
Please notice: The order is only completed when you have
completed the payment part.
If you choose delivery method Letter at customers own
risk, it is at your own risk, as Le Bix are unable to
track and trace a letter.
If you choose Post Danmark Parcel, the package is insu-
red and trackable. However, it is your responsibility,
as a customer, to quote the correct receivers name and
adress, and your responsibility to pick up the package
from the local post office in time.
Packages send to foreign countries from Le Bix, will be
treated as abandoned, to avoid the return-postage cost.
As the shipment is not returned to Le Bix, the order
will not be refunded.
Exceptions, if the order amount exceeds DKK 750,00 -
EUR 100.00 excl. postage. The package will be returned
to Le Bix, and the items will de refunded deducted return-
postage cost plus an administrative fee, DKK 50,00 -
EUR 7.00.
Damage during delivery
For packages send as Post Danmark Parcel:
If the goods are damaged during transportation, Le Bix
are only obliged to refund the goods, if the damage are
made in Denmark.
Otherwise, it is up to customer to prove the damage to
the local postal, and claim a refund from the postal.
We must recommend you to open the parcel in front of a
postal employee, if the package shows any kind of damage.
The danish postal (Post Danmark) normally takes pictures
of all packages before leaving Denmark, and theese pic-
tures will be required for provement if nescessary.
Le Bix offers no refund/replacement for damaged goods
sent by letter.
Parcels sent by UPS: We recommend you to open the parcel
in front of the UPS employee, if package shows any kind
of damage.
Risks
The risk for the product passes to you, when you receive it. 
Remember to save original packing. If you need to return
the product, it must be in the original packaging.
Le Bix is allowed to refuse to refund returned product,
if the product is damaged - e.g. during  transportation
back to Le Bix, due to poor packing.
Complaints
If any mistakes in amount of products, wrong product
delivered or visible defekts/errors on products, Le Bix
must be informed by mail
mail@le-bix.dkwithin 48 hours
from delivery time. Foto documentary must be attached.
If any fault on a product delivered from Le Bix must be
pleaded within 2 month. It is the customers duty to
state and if necessary to show the fault to Le Bix.
If you detect a fault on a product, you must contact
Le Bix. As a rule, you can only complaint within 2 years
from receivement.
Products with expiration date, you can inly complain
before that date.
You can, as a consumer, decide if you want the product
repaired or replaced. Exceptions, if a replacement will
entail unreasonable expences for Le Bix.
Information duty
Orders can be placed in danish or in english. The orders
will be kept by Le bix in 5 years, according to danish law.
It is not possible to submit the order after placement
through the website.
If you want a copy of the order per email, please send
an email to

An orderconfirmation will be send automatic to your email.
Payment
On
www.le-bix.dk you can pay by creditcards
(see bottom of front page).
All prices on
www.le-bix.dk are inclusive of tax, but
exclusive postage.
When you log in from a county outside EU, the prices will
be shown exclusive tax.
Rights of return
Le Bix offers 2 weeks rights of return from delivery time.
If you want to return (a part of) your consignment, please
inform Le Bix by email
mail@le-bix.dk.
The consignment must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days)
from you received the consignment. It is your duty to
return the items in the same condition as received - and
in original packing.
You must defray any postage cost of return. Please remeber
to apply the order number on the outside of the package
- otherwise, reception will be denied.
We recommend you to send the return as parcel, to be able
to track the package.
Le Bix are allowed to refuse refunding damaged items.
If you as customer want to get the refused items back,
you must defray the postage cost. You will be charged for
the postage costs from Le Bix too.
NOTICE: No rights of return on items ordered on demand,
and on cord/cable ordered per meter.
Rights of cancellation
If you change your mind about the order, and want to cancel
it, you must notify Le Bix by email
mail@le-bix.dk.
If the consignment already are sent to you, you can return
the consignment unopened or send the consignment to Le Bix
within 14 days. See rights of return.
NOTICE: No rights of cancellation on items ordered on demand,
and on cord/cable ordered per meter.
Money back?
When the returned consignment is received at Le Bix, the
amount will be credited your creditcard within 2-3 weeks.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT KNOBS/HANDLES
Allmost all our knobs/handles are handmade in India.
Variations in shape, colour, glace, glass and metal may occur.
Variations are not considered as errors/faults.
If the knobs/handles are not as you expected, feel free to return
within 14 days - see the chapter Rights of returns.
On most of our pictures you will se 2 knobs/handles.
We sell them by piece, and the price is per knob/handle.
Please notice regarding doubble handles etc. Unless it appears 
clearly in text or on picture, screws are not included.
 
IMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT RAG RUGS
Variations in size and colours may occur.
Re. the leather rugs, size and colour combination may vary.
Wash are not recommended.
 
IMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT MAILEG
The textile pixies are hand made, and differences in face
and sewing etc. may occur, and are not considered as an
error/fault.
Curly clothes may occur, and are not considered as an error/
fault.
The Noilly Noel, Petit Noel, Easter Bunny and Easter Parade
are all handmade, and variations in face and on clothes
